- It consists of limiting to this, ”consists of limiting itself to it, in performing the installation and acquisition of gas separators in producing wells of the Junín Sur district. Starting that in the Orinoco oil strip (FPO) the commercially exploitable hydrocarbons stored are slightly subsaturated or subsaturated to the bubble conditions, this has generated problems in the lifting methods due to low levels of dynamic fluids and high gas saturations ( Gas in solution + movable free gas). This situation comes from the deposits with more than 5 years of productive life, increasing the number of failures in the producing wells, as a consequence of the high gas production (RGP), which causes a negative effect on the volumetric efficiency of the pumps Progressive cavity (BCP) due to the difficulty that occurs at the time of filling the bcp pump cavities, additionally causes alterations in the physicochemical composition of the elastomer causing premature failures.
