- The WORK consists of carrying out the "ADEQUATION OF THE GUARAGUAO STORAGE AND SHIPMENT TERMINAL OPERATIONS SHED, EASTERN REGION, EDO ANZOATEGUI". Which contemplates, in general terms, carrying out the total recovery of the existing spaces in the current facilities of the Marin Terminal.or Guaraguao, belonging to PDV Marina. Where all strategic port operations of disembarkation and embarkation of raw materials and fuel are handled, through maneuvers in the different docks. The works will be divided into two Main Areas: Administrative Building and Monitoring, and the Operations Headquarters Building.
The activities to be carried out include: general demolitions for reorganization of spaces, civil works that include enclosing spaces, construction of decorative coverings on floors and walls, construction of ceilings, supply of doors and windows.tanas, construction of new electrical and sanitary installations, installation of a fire detection system, asphalt, supply and installation of furniture, installation of air conditioning equipment, construction of ducts and forced ventilation system.
The WORK will be carried out withconform to what is established in the Technical Specifications contained in the contract, in the minutes of clarification meetings, applicable technical rules and the instructions given by the PDV MARINA Representative before and during the execution of the WORK. - Documents:
