- It consists of carrying out the hydrocarbon removal activities, neutralization of polytionic acids and elimination of pyrophorical compounds, to provide a safe environment to the personnel, that will execute the inspection and maintenance activities to the cells of the b-2001 oven, cascas and exchanger tubes E-2001 of the PTR unit. The service will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications contained in the contract, in the minutes of explanatory meetings, applicable technical rules and to the instructions that before and during the provision of the service taught by the PDVSA representative. The service provision time will be twenty (20) continuous days, counted from the signing of the service start act. "
