- The service aims to hire the service of an external laboratory authorized by the Ministry of Ecosocialism, MINEC, through the Registry of the General Directorate of Environmental Quality Management in compliance with that established in article 41 of Decree No. 883, to execute the collection and analysis of liquid effluents in east fertilizers, and will be executed within six (6) quarter between the last two (02) quarter of the year 2024 and the four (04), quarter of the year 2025 , Considering seven (7) days for sample, analysis of results and report delivery, between each quarter.
