Description:
The scope consists in general terms, in the supply of inputs required for the elaboration of meals (breakfast, lunches, dinners and overweight), such as: birds, meats (beef, sheep and goat), fish, seafood, charcería and cheese, Vegetables, legumes, as well as supplies for bakery and pastry, fruits and varied pulps, food; As well as long -term pasteurized drinks, carbonated drinks and mineral water, it also includes, consumables for packed meals or disposable products; Additionally, for reasons of asepsis or health, the supplies of cleaning chemicals are included; Cleaning materials or clothing are also contemplated, called cleaning consumables (materials suffering from wear), necessary for the integral maintenance of equipment and food processing areas. The service will be made up of six (6) packages divided by items: • Package A: Proteins • Package B: Embutidos • Package C: foods • Package D: Legume and vegetable fruits • Package E: Hydration • Package F: Plastics and items of CLEANING
