Description:
The service consists, in general terms, of the supply of inputs required for the preparation of meals (breakfasts, lunches, dinners and suppers), such as: poultry, meats (beef, sheep and goats), fish, seafood, charcuterie and cheeses, vegetables, legumes, as well as inputs for breadd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28bakery and pastry, various fruits and pulps, groceries; as well as long-life pasteurized beverages, carbonated beverages and mineral water, it also includes consumables for packaged foods or disposable products; Additionally, for reasons of asepsis or health, supplies are included.other cleaning chemicals; Cleaning materials or clothing, called cleaning consumables (materials that suffer wear), are also contemplated, necessary for the comprehensive maintenance of equipment and food preparation areas.

The service is made up ofis (06) packages divided by items for each front.

FRONT 1: ESEM DINING ROOM:

The following number of daily meals is estimated from Monday to Friday:

Online breakfasts: 92; packed: 420. Online lunches: 1400, packed 1200. Packaged dinners: 500.

On Saturdays and SundaysThe following quantities are estimated:

It is estimated: 300 packed breakfasts, 680 packed lunches and 380 packed dinners daily.

FRONT 2: JUSEPIN DINING ROOM

The following number of daily meals is estimated from Monday to Friday:

Breakfasts online: 190, packed: 500. Lunches online: 250, ed0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28packaged 650. Packaged dinners: 300, overdinners: 140 packaged.

For their part, on Saturdays and Sundays the following daily packaged quantities are estimated, broken down as follows:
