The service consists of the execution of preventive maintenance (inspection, measurement and verification of parameters, cleaning all the electrical and mechanical components of the systems, belt change and completion of the refrigerant level) and corrective (leak repair, supply and loading Of refrigerant gas, replacement of components and equipment that are damaged, pipe replacement, supply and installation of ductercy with thermal insulation) of the cooling and air conditioning systems (air handling units, direct expansion equipment and cooling equipment) That are in poor or out of service.
