- The service includes the supply, by the contractor, equipment, materials \/products, logistics, transport, technical personnel, assistants and operators, necessary for the preparation, maintenance and management of drilling fluids to be used in the different Stages of construction and evaluation of wells in the operational areas of the company, for the drilling of holes of 8½ ”and 12 ¼”, which will be used in the construction of (14) fourteen production phases, (7) seven intermediate phases And (1) a Slant, at the discretion of Petrovictory. The contractor must guarantee one (1) work front, as well as all to the preliminary activities framed in the best practices of well construction "
