- The service consists in the execution of general activities of preventive and corrective maintenance to air conditioning, and cooling equipment, air and non -industrial air management units, light commercial, and their ducting systems at the refinery facilities the refinery Palito, as well as the manufacture of condenser serpentines. It is made up of four packages that are the following: package 1 (industrial àrea). Package 2 (condenser manufacturing) of the industrial area. Package 3 (Administrative Edif). Package 4 (condenser manufacturing) of the administrative area.
