- The scope of the service includes the execution of all the comprehensive activities necessary to perform the major maintenance of the N-7101 turbogenerator of the El Palito refinery power unit. The contractor will provide all the equipment, specialized labor, materials and tools necessary for the proper execution of the activities, guaranteeing that they are of top quality and are carried out in such a way that they comply with the established technical specifications. The service will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications, in the Minutes of Explanatory Meetings, Applicable Technique Rules and to the instructions that before and during the provision of the service taught by the representative of PDVSA. "
