- This service includes the maintenance required for the recovery and restoration of the operational conditions of the 55.004 dynamic settlement tank, located at the Main Endeepín 2 (EPJ 2) of the Furrial Division, in order to guarantee operational reliability and ensure the Processes efficiency for crude management and processing in the Furrial Division. The contractor will carry out all the operations required to execute the service in an estimated period of one hundred and fifty (150) calendar days. For this process, one (01) contract will be granted with a (01) work front. The service contemplates the activities of emptying, opening, sediment extraction and internal cleaning of the tank; Quality inspection and control activities; Replacement and repair of metal structures; Manufacture and installation of pipes associated with the tank; Material supply; Preparation of surfaces and application of coatings; Maintenance of process valves; Maintenance of the instrumentation and associated electrical system; MAINTENANCE TO ASSOCIATED FIRE EXTINCTION DEVICES, COMMUNITY RECOVERY ...
