- The work consists of all the work required to carry out the “metalworking maintenance for the distillation and reform (dyr) units of the El Palito refinery (phase II)”, which is referred to with the execution of all mechanical activities, where perform metalworking maintenance to pumps, engines, pipes, metal structures and reinforced concrete elements, in the disciplines of electricity, instrumentation, mechanics and civil, as well as any other similar activity that allows to guarantee operational continuity, to PDVSA's satisfaction . The contractor will provide all the equipment, specialized labor, materials and tools necessary for the proper execution of the activities, guaranteeing that they are of top quality and are carried out in such a way that they comply with the established technical specifications. The work will be executed in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications contained in the contract, in the minutes of clarifying meetings, applicable technical rules and to the instructions that before and during the execution of the work taught by the PDVSA representative.
