Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Seeds The Norwegian Refugee Council Foundation (known by its acronym in English as NRC) launches this National Public Tender for the supply of different seeds in order to support food security programming in Venezuela. Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) launches the Invitation to Bid (ITB), for legal Venezuelan entities only, for provision of different seeds in order to support food security programming in Venezuela. Purpose of the Tender / Purpose of the tender The Norwegian Refugee Council Foundation is seeking one or more national supplier (s) to provide seeds in support of our food security and livelihood program activity in three project areas from Venezuela. NRC is seeking a national supplier (s) to provide seeds in support of our food security & livelihoods program activity in three project areas of Venezuela.
