Describe the technical requirements and criteria to be considered in the Civil and Electrical disciplines intrinsic to the activities contemplated in the "RECONDITIONING AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES OF THE OPERATIONAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE AREAS OF THE MIXED COMPANY PETROKARINA, S.A."; tobe executed in the area identified as the NORTH WING of the Leona Technical-Administrative Building; They will be named among other activities without limiting it, maintaining detailed information in each item.

The Service covers maintenance on the different surfaces of the administrative building.or which correspond to:

• Service, transportation and application of rubber paint on interior walls.
• Roof waterproofing.
• Ceiling replacement.
• Review and commissioning of ceiling lamps, among others .
• Maintenance of the windows and sealing with silicone.
