- The service consists in guaranteeing the rehabilitation of platforms and their access roads, as well as the corrective and preventive maintenance of the operational roads. All activities will be executed according to the techniques, procedures and standards, under which PDVSA is governed in the specifications. The civil activities to be executed are summarized below: Preliminary works: provisional works, rethinking and topographic leveling, deforestation and machine cleaning (stubble, general low vegetation with a maximum predominant height of 8 meters).
