- The scope of the services associated with this hiring consists of supply, transport, equipment disposition, materials, tools, machinery, supplies, labor and supervision for the execution of activities associated with the attention of hydrocarbon spills and includes, the Operation of heavy machinery for (removal, stabilization, stacking of contaminated soil, containment, land leveling, loading and transport of contaminated soils), as well as the provision of labor necessary for the construction of filter barriers, removal and manual conditioning of manual Impacted areas, the treatment of contaminated soil and the final disposal of the treated soil, including its characterization. The activities will be executed at the request of the Operational Coordination Environment Management, in any day, time and period, without such requirement being a reason for any excuse not to execute the service or submit delays in it.
