- The general scope of this service contemplates, without limiting itself to this, the supply of professional labor, material and consumables clearly identified, as well as the tools and equipment necessary to achieve the “repair, service and maintenance of transformers for macollas and pumps Multiphasics ”to be executed in the operational areas of Petro San Félix, S.A., and includes among others the following activities: • Initial electrical tests. • Physicochemical analysis of oil in transformer. • Gase chromatography analysis • Furanic content analysis • Analysis of the inhibitor content in oil • Adaptation and placement of dielectric oil to the transformer • leak correction (packaging replacement) • Nitrogen injection. • Replacement and installation of handovacuometer • Replacement and installation of thermometer with contact • Replacement and application of epoxy background and paint to the transformer • Replacement and installation of pressure gauge • Replacement and installation of oil level indicator • Final electrical tests to transformers
