- The scope of the service in general terms, but without limiting itself to this, consists in hiring the review and diagnosis service to the fuel transport units belonging to PDVSA E.N.T. S.A. Through the techniques and methodologies for the application of destructive and non-destructive tests, under the practices recommended according to the SNT-TC-1 standard, as well as the supply of measurement equipment, control and monitoring activities, quality assurance, quality assurance, (Qa \/qc) and in turn define the degradation mechanisms present in the systems and subsystems of the liquid hydrocarbons traffic units (UTHL), defining inspection procedures, hierarchizing routes and issuing recommendations for the diagnosis of UTHL, This with the objective of ensuring that the systems and subsystems of the units have reliable conditions to maintain the operation and distribution of fuel at the nation level.
