Description:
Currently the equipment for thermal treatment at the PDT's facilities present the following conditions: • Three (03) Operational heater (CL-4, CL-7, CL-9) of 24 MMBTU´S/Hrs, operations to perform The crude crude heating process with an 80%heating effectiveness. • One (01) Heater (CL-1) of 46 MMBTU´S/Hrs, subject to major maintenance in the 2021-2022. This equipment is required to handle 60 MBD production as production is currently lower than the required one, it is used to recirculate the crude contained in the tanks that are out of specification. • Two (02) out of service heater (CL-5 and CL-8), these heater have good mechanical and structural conditions, the supply and installation of instrumentation spare parts, in order to have these operational equipment and this operational equipment and of this Way improve efficiency in thermal heating. • 04 inactive heater (CL-2, CL-3, CL-6 and CL-10). ?
