- Description:
- The scope of the works that are part of this welding process includes, replacement of stretches of production and/or diluent pipes, manufacture and assembly of Stoples Fitting, for the hot-tapping facilities of the different production areas of the belt ORINOCO HC. (Ayacucho Division, Junín Division, Carabobo Division). The services basically consist of the development of a series of mechanical activities, among which the following can be mentioned: • SUPPLY OF WELDING CLUGS. • Manufacture, welding and assembly of Spool. • Manufacturing, welding and Stoping Fitting assembly. • Welding and replacement of flow lines. The contractor will provide all consumable materials, equipment, tools, supervision, first welder with current certification, an assistant, truck with properly calibrated welding machine (in force), oxycort equipment necessary for the alignment and welding of Sch pipes - 40 and 80 in diameter from 2 ”to 36” according to API 1104 and PDVSA in force.
